State Sen. Roy Herron of Dresden, a candidate in the Democratic gubernatorial primary, visits with Bob Parks and Ted LaRoche during a campaign visit here last week. Herron won the inaugural Rutherford County straw poll in September and was won Hamilton and Sullivan county polls since.
