Flash flooding and rising water created road closings Saturday. Manson Pike at Fortress Boulevard was closed.
And St. Andrews Drive, near Kohl’s Department Store, had high water.

Excess water on the Murfreesboro Civic Plaza ... forced the early closing Saturday of the Linebaugh Library.
Library Director Rita Shacklett told WGNS News that water was coming in the front door of the library and some going into the elevator shaft.
