| McMinnville, Tenn. – First National Bank of McMinnville announced employee promotions Wednesday afternoon.
Stacy Vincent has been promoted from loan processor to consumer loan officer at Murfreesboro branch of First National Bank of McMinnville.
“Stacy Vincent’s promotion to consumer lending officer is a testament of her dedication and loyalty to FNB and our customers,” said Brian Wilcox, executive vice president of First National Bank of McMinnville. “Stacy is well known in the business community and has established a strong reputation as a banker that gets results in a timely fashion. We are excited to have Stacy and her ability on our lending team in Murfreesboro and are confident that she will be contributing greatly to our success.”
Vincent said she is honored by the promotion.
“I am so excited about this promotion and the bank’s confidence in me,” she said.
Vincent brings 15 years of banking experience in branch management and lending, having served as an assistant vice president at three area banks before taking advantage of the opportunity to join First National Bank of McMinnville. She is also a state-certified mortgage loan originator and life/health insurance producer.
Her extensive experience makes her adept in all aspects of lending from underwriting and processing to closing for consumer, commercial and construction credit products.
A graduate of MTSU with a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing, she is also a second-year graduate of the Tennessee Southeastern School of Banking.
She is a member and former board member of the Smyrna Rotary and Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce for which she served as a Diplomat in 2007 and 2008. She is also active with the American Heart Association, Junior Achievement and Business Network International.

Mandy Norris has been promoted from loan processor to consumer loan officer at First National Bank of McMinnville.
“Mandy has demonstrated the desire to make banking a career,” said Phil Whisenhunt, executive vice president of First National Bank of McMinnville. “She started work at First National Bank as a teller and until her promotion, served as a loan processor, working with the loan officers. Mandy, like many of our employees, is an example of the homegrown and locally educated talent we have at First National Bank and in Warren County.”
Norris, who has more than 10 years of banking experience, is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking at the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt. She is actively involved in the community serving as a member of the Junior Auxiliary and currently involved in the Leadership McMinnville Class of 2011.
“I am very honored and grateful to be a member of the FNB team and proud to work for an institution that has been in business for 137 years,” Norris said. “Over the years I have had the great privilege to work with many wonderful individuals. I am very excited to have the opportunity to serve our community with their financial needs.”
