| McMinnville - Randy Fletcher has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president and chief credit officer at First National Bank of McMinnville.
“Randy Fletcher is an outstanding employee, loan officer, and individual,” President and Chief Executive Officer First National Bank Tom Vance said. “Our bank is very fortunate to have someone of Randy’s knowledge and ability as part of our senior management team. Our board of directors is extremely pleased to recognize and reward the many contributions of Randy Fletcher to FNB by his promotion to Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer.”
Fletcher has more than 30 years of banking experience, beginning with the old First American National Bank in Nashville.
“I am proud to be a member of the executive management team at First National Bank,” Fletcher said. “I have enjoyed my tenure here and pledge to work hard to reward Mr. Vance’s and the Board’s faith in me.”
He also served with the Bank of America in Springfield, Tenn. as the senior banking executive for Robertson and Cheatham counties and as senior credit officer for Green Bank and its predecessor banks in Gallatin and Murfreesboro.
“Mr. Fletcher opened a loan production office for First National Bank in Murfreesboro in May 2007 and the loan business growth out of that office has far exceeded projections year after year,” Vance said. “As a result of this extremely successful growth in Rutherford County, FNB petitioned the regulatory authorities for a full service branch charter, which was approved earlier this year. The new banking facility is presently under construction on Gateway Boulevard and should be completed in the next few months". |
