Police responded to a fight call at 2805 Old Fort Pkwy. Sunday, Aug. 1, to find one of the men involved dead.

Witnesses told officers the victim, Carlos Ortiz, had been in a fight with unknown Hispanic subjects.

Following the fight, Ortiz was reportedly struck and run over by a white Ford Expedition with gold trim while walking across the parking lot.
