The City of La Vergne will close the intersection of Waldron Road, Heil Quaker Boulevard and Ingram Boulevard tonight, Dec. 14, for an emergency waterline repaird.
The City of La Vergne Water Department will completely close the intersection tonight beginning at 9 p.m. in order to complete the repairs.
"It will be necessary for any persons who normally use this intersection to use an alternate route until this intersection is opened again," said Lloyd Adkins, water department supervisor. "Please be assured that the road closure will be for the least amount of time possible."
