| Election set for Soil Conservation District |

The State Soil Conservation Committee has requested that a local advisory committee conduct an election to fill expiring terms for three positions on the Rutherford County Soil Conservation District Board of Supervisors.
The election will be held on Wednesday 03/17/2010 with voting conducted at the following polling places:
#1 Hooper’s Supply, 420 South Front Street Murfreesboro, TN 37129
#2 Rutherford CO-OP, 980 Middle Tennessee Blvd. Murfreesboro, TN 37130
#3 Eagleville CO-OP, 1217 N. Main St. Eagleville, TN 37060
#4 Farm Bureau Smyrna, 244 N. Lowry St. Smyrna, TN 37167
#5 Farm Bureau Church Street, 818 S. Church St. Murfreesboro, TN 37130
#6 USDA Service Center, 315 John R. Rice Blvd Suite 150 & 152 Murfreesboro, TN 37129
#7 UT/TSU Extension, 315 John R. Rice Blvd., Suite 101 Murfreesboro, TN 37129
#8 Lascassas Drug, 6620 Lascassas Pike Lascassas, TN 37085
The election will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Per TCA 43-14-216, only persons holding legal title to lands within Rutherford County are eligible to vote in this election.
