Edgar F. Schneider, 91, of Murfreesboro, passed away Wednesday, May 09, 2012 at Alive Hospice at St. Thomas.

Mr. Schneider was born in Bielefeld, Germany to the late Max and Altjie Schneider. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Schneider was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Annie Strauss. He was survived by his wife, Agnes Schneider; son and daughter-in-law, Peter James and Mary Schneider; grandchildren, Sarah Ann Busman of Raleigh, NC; and Katie Marie Schneider of Murfreesboro.
