Dawn Eaton will take over the Exchange Club Family Centers in Davidson and Rutherford counties as the new Exchange Club executive director.
The Exchange Club focuses on three areas of service – citizenship, community service and youth. On a national level all Exchange Clubs strive to prevent child abuse in any form.
The Exchange Clubs of Murfreesboro co-sponsor the Exchange Club Family Center on Heritage Park Drive, where volunteers work with families that were torn apart by child abuse and to try to break the cycle of abuse.
Eaton, the first executive director of Main Street Murfreesboro, was endorsed for the job by state Sen. Bill Ketron and former state Rep. John Hood. |
