“I noticed an odor of an intoxicant coming from the vehicle and from (his) breath and body."
huh? Standard answer for every drunk, but isn't vodka almost odorless?
Cop did his job, good. 2nd time loser as well, maybe this knucklehead won't be driving for quite some time.

The police officer did a good job in this particular incident. Not only was the man drunk in public but he was in the driver’s seat when he was passed out meaning only one thing – he was intoxicated behind the wheel before he decided to fall asleep. This man clearly must not care about his own health. Red Bull and vodka? I thought everyone knew that energy drinks and alcohol aren’t good to consume at the same time. Not to mention that he admitted to be on prescription pills before he was driving. Taking medication and drinking do not mix! Especially when about to be behind the wheel of a an automobile. By doing that he puts not only himself but also everyone else around him in danger. The officer did this man a favor by charging him and he cleaned up the streets to make them a little bit more safe for everyone else. Who’s to say that if he weren’t to get caught by the officer that day that he might not have went and started driving recklessly around town and got someone hurt or even killed? This being his second DUI offense, I’d say he needs to have his license and all driving abilities taken away.

Granted, He should not have had a drink in the car with him, but this story is not the whole truth. The arresting officer knows he's not sharing the whole story because it would not benefit him.
However, fate has a way of showing a persons true character in the end.
