Dorothy Ann Burnett, age 74, died January 26, 2012. Ms. Burnett is the daughter of the late Lonnie and Mildred Glymp Burnett. Ms. Burnett is also preceded in death by a brother John William Burnett.

Ms. Burnett is survived by her sister Emma (James) Toombs of LaVergne; brothers Raymond (Mary) Burnett and Lonnie "Bud" (Brenda) Burnett both of Smyrna; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be 12:00 PM Sunday at Mapleview Cemetery.  Bro. Ron Caldwell will officiate. Visitation will be 5:00 until 8:00 PM Saturday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, Smyrna.

Ms. Burnett's family would like to thank Dr. Michael Edgeworth and staff, Dr. Kirsten Bekker, and Waterford Memory Care Staff for the care they provided for their sister.
