"Dog" the Bounty Hunter headed to 'Boro

"Dog" the Bounty Hunter headed to 'Boro | "Dog the Bounty Hunter"

Duane "Dog" Chapman
Duane “Dog” Chapman, the world’s most successful bounty hunter, is headed to Murfreesboro on March 28.

He's not coming on a case, but instead will be on a national book tour.

"Dog" will visit the Old Fort Parkway Walmart at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 28.

Millions have seen him capture fugitives on A&E’s #1 rated television reality show, “Dog the Bounty Hunter” and read his #1 New York Times bestseller, "You Can Run But You Can’t Hide."

But he’s also experienced the downside of success – felt the betrayal of family members and faced years of legal battles with the Mexican government.

In "Where Mercy is Shown, Mercy is Given," (Hyperion/March 16, 2010/$26.99), Dog recounts the experiences—both good and bad—that have taught him important lessons over the years.

His heartfelt stories of personal pitfalls are paired with favorite bounty hunting tales, told with the passion of a man who has found his occupational calling. After his own life of crime and personal struggles against abuse and addiction, Dog is a willing example and mentor to the fugitives that wind-up handcuffed in his backseat.

Quick to acknowledge his own flaws, and compelled with desire to fix those flaws, Dog draws strength from his unflinching faith, family support, and great teachers in his own life to face the difficult challenges that have come his way. Revealing and honest, "Where Mercy is Shown, Mercy is Given," proves that imperfections can still be traits of a leader.

Dog will be out on a national bus tour beginning in mid-March. Visit the following site to see the complete tour info:
