A representative of Project One Four, a David Price Foundation, formally presented a mobile computer lab to Holloway High School tomorrow at the school.

Project One Four was created by former Blackman High graduate David Price, currently Major League pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays. The mission of the foundation is to provide opportunities for the youth in the community to learn life skills in a safe and supportive environment.

In addition, the Rotary Breakfast Club visited the school to speak with students about their future and various career opportunities.

The Rotary Breakfast Club recently donated more than $1,200 for Holloway students to attend the senior prom and to pay for cap and gown fees for those needing help. The Rotary Breakfast Club has partnered with Holloway to aid its mission to graduate productive citizens.

The Price is "right." What a great gesture and we're thankful he's not forgot his roots and home folks...

I loved him at Blackman, Vanderbilt and i love him playing for my Tampa Rays. This makes me think more of him then i already did! He is such an awesome person and gives so much to this local area that he grew up in! It is nice to know that he doesnt forget where he came from.
