Arrest warrants have been issued for Nashville residents Daniel T. Jones, 28, and Brandon L. Leonard, 28, in connection with the incident, which occurred just after 6 p.m. in the 800 block of Expo Drive, according to a Smyrna Police Department press release.
Jones, Leonard, a third male suspect who has not been identified, and a female juvenile are accused of luring the man to the hotel, where they robbed him at gunpoint and stole his wallet and cell phone.
The trio fled the scene in an older model Pontiac sedan without the female suspect, whose identity is not being release because she is younger than 18 years old. She was quickly apprehended when police arrived at the scene.
Jones is described as a white male who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs an estimated 160 pounds.
Leonard, who is also a white, is known to drive a blue Chevy Impala, and police believe he may be in the Antioch area.

Drive-by shooting under investigation
Several unidentified male suspects allegedly fired multiple shots Wednesday afternoon at a home in the 1300 block of Eagle Street in Murfreesboro.
No one was injured during the incident, which occurred just after 3 p.m. while several people were inside the home, according to a Murfreesboro Police Department incident report.
The residents of the home told police they had no idea who the suspects were intending to shoot, nor could they provide any information about their possible identities.
The suspects are described as four black males who were last seen fleeing the area in a gray four-door sedan.

Thieves target cars at apartment complex
An unknown number of suspects burglarized several vehicles before dawn Tuesday at Northfield Lodge Apartments in Murfreesboro.
The thefts occurred some time after midnight in the 600 block of East Northfield Boulevard, according to a Murfreesboro Police Department incident report.
In total, more than $500 in cash and property was stolen from five cars. Among the items listed as stolen include an iPod Touch and collectable knife.
As of Friday, no one had been arrested or charged in connection with the burglaries, and the matter remains under investigation.
