Murfreesboro police are asking the public for help in locating two teenage girls who have been missing since running away from home nearly three months ago.

Tiffany L. Moody, 15, has not been seen since Nov. 18, 2012, when she walked away from a parent.
Family members reported that Moody told them she intended to run away with three Hispanic males, but she did not provide any additional to clues as to her plans, according to a Murfreesboro Police Department press release.
In another case, 17-year-old Chrystal L. Miller and another juvenile ran away on Nov. 3, 2012, from a foster home in Murfreesboro. The other juvenile returned soon after the incident, but police have been unable to locate Miller.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Moody or Miller are urged to call the Police Department at 615-849-2670.
Patrol car vandalized outside mall
On Wednesday, an unknown number of suspects reportedly slashed two tires on a Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office patrol car while it was parked outside of the Dillard’s department store at Stones River Mall in Murfreesboro.
The incident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of Old Fort Parkway, according to a Murfreesboro Police Department incident report.
The deputy who was in possession of the patrol car told police that he was inside the mall when the incident occurred and could not provide any information as to a possible suspect.
