"RCDP President Jonathon Fagan wants Rutherford County to be the Iowa of Tennessee, starting with Saturday night’s inaugural Grow Tennessee dinner and straw poll."
He must have never been to Iowa, theres nothing to write home about. The reason they have such an early primary is because the state realizes they have nothing else going for it. If he doesn't think Rutherford has any selling points, he needs to find another line of work.

That's pretty weak Macgyver. Fagan is obviously wanting RuCo to be the political equivalent of Iowa, not a corn-fed county of buckeyes. To make that jump to conclusions means you're either nutty or have an agenda, or both.
And judging from the press this event has received, Rutherford County HAS become the Iowa Caucus of the Tennessee Governor's race. It was on Channel 2,4, and 5. Dnj, sidelines, AND post. Like the Iowa caucuses, you can't escape the coverage!

Looking at the photo it sure does not look like a diverse crowd. Where are the minorities? Where are the ACORN people / supporters?
Looks like my grandmother's old Democratic Party - all white.

Speaking of weak Culpepper therer are no Buckeyes in Iowa they are Hawkeyes. Typical dem mistake I guess. Nice turnout however. Once we can get them all in one location it becomes easy to discern who is out to destroy our State and Country. Good job dems of Rutherford County!

Hawkeyes, my bad. Why is that a dem mistake? Simply because it was a mistkae, and all mistakes are made by Democrats? You say "Democrats are out to destroy our state and country". Boy, you're nutty. You must be a teabagger.
