The Rutherford County League of Women Voters holds a meeting tonight to discuss an at-large system versus district representation on the Murfreesboro City Council.
MTSU political science professor Mark Byrnes will be the featured guest speaker on the subject
The meeting will be at 6:30 this evening in the Murfreesboro Housing Authority office on North Maple Street.
