Last summer, when the city was repairing the sewer on Huntington Dr, I was getting brown water here and there for a couple of days. It was gross.

This technology emits dangerous toxics if not treated and captured. The process can be installed without disruption if controlled. Insituform has been known to evacuate houses, fish kills and evacuate businesses. Insituform "claims" the toxics are "non-hazardous" when the EPA, Department of public health and the Center of Carcinogens has precautions against emissions. Insituform will lobby that their toxic spills are not dangerous. Do your homework, ask them for "test results" taken by a third party. Do not trust their testing or their lobyists tests results. For further information, respond to this member blog and I will post specifics about the toxics emitted and the issues resulting from poor controls.
