Murfreesboro City Schools’ students will go on spring break a little earlier than planned thanks to a change in TCAP testing dates.
By the revised calendar, passed Tuesday night by the school board, traditional calendar students will break for the spring March 22-26, while their alternative school brethren will now break from March 22-April 2.
Earlier this month Rutherford County Schools moved its spring break from mid-April to the same dates in March. Also because of TCAP testing dates.
