Charlie Daniels to perform at WOC Easter Service, other Easter events

World Outreach Church will hold community-wide Easter services at MTSU’s Murphy Center with special musical guest Charlie Daniels.

Two service times are offered: Saturday, April 11 at 6 p.m. and Sunday, April 12 at 10 a.m. Convenient shuttles and greeters will be positioned for easy entrance and exit to and from the event.

The Saturday evening and Sunday morning services will be identical in format and offerings. Special music and drama will begin 30 minutes to each service’s scheduled start time, so plan to arrive early for all pre-service activities.

Both services will include a pre-service program featuring the WOC Adult & Children’s Choirs. The WOC Celebration Arts Ministry team will lead worship service praise and worship.

Special musical guest is Charlie Daniels, whose 30-year career includes Grammy, Dove, and Country Music Association, Academy of Country Music and American Music awards.

Children’s ministry activities include a nursery and:

Miss Patty Cake will take 3-year-olds on an egg hunt adventure presenting the story of Easter Egg-Strava-Ganzaly. The children will participate in multiple fun activities and games during their small group time.

Yancy is the special guest for 4 and 5-year-olds, leading children in Easter praise and worship.

Kindergarten through third-graders will enjoy the KidzBlitz, an uplifting, high-octane, faith-based program
