The Center for the Arts is holding open auditions for "Godspell" at 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
Auditions are open for males and females between the ages of 16 and 25. Actors are asked to come prepared with a 16-bar Broadway-style song, or song from the show (sheet music or CD accompaniment) and with all scheduling conflicts.
There will also be a section of the audition that consists of improvisational exercises and dance.
"Godspell" is based on the gospel according to St. Matthew. The message of the parables are portrayed through song, dance, and improvisation.
"Godspell" will be performed Fridays through Sundays, April 6-22.
