Middle Tennessee Center for Lung Disease has leased office space in The DePaul Building on the campus of the new Middle Tennessee Medical Center on Medical Center Parkway.

BremnerDuke Healthcare Real Estate, a division of Duke Realty Corporation, leased the 5,323 square feet to the lung center.

BremnerDuke completed the 120,860-square foot medical office building in April, and Middle Tennessee Center for Lung Disease’s lease brings the building to 55 percent occupancy. The new medical office building is on the site of Middle Tennessee Medical Center’s new hospital campus, which is under construction.

“Medical office remains one of the healthiest sectors of commercial real estate across the Southeast,” said Jason Hinkel, senior vice president, Southeast Region, for BremnerDuke. “With our partnership with Middle Tennessee Medical Center, we are well positioned to address the healthcare needs of one of the fastest growing communities in the United States.”

BremnerDuke Vice President Larry Jarema represented ownership in the direct transaction.
