Carolyn Faye Hall, age 65, of Murfreesboro, passed away on March 9, 2010 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. She was a native of Rutherford County. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She started her real estate career at Clark Maples and retired from Bob Parks Realty.

Faye was preceded in death by her parents, John Carl and Katherine Potts Hall; father of her children, Robert E. Strain; sister, Shirley Herrod and nephew, Darin Coe. She is survived by her son, Keith Strain; daughter, Deona Strain; brothers, J.C. (Diane) Hall and Johnnie Hall; sister, Joyce (Ralph) Coe; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Graveside service for Faye will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 12, 2010 at Evergreen Cemetery with Nickey Nichols officiating. Nephews will serve as active pallbearers.
