All canines are invited to Barkaroo: The Middle Tennessee Dog Festival from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at the Murfreesboro Bark Park, 1526 W. College St.
Barkaroo begins with the Wilson Bank Dog-Gone Walk-a-Thon for the Bark Park wish list. Each $25 donation will receive a T-shirt. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the walk follows at 10.
The day will include Mr. and Miss Barkaroo, Owner-Dog Look-A-Like, Big Head Dog, Frisbee and Best Dressed contests.
Man’s best friend can also stroll through the Mutt Market featuring vendors in all areas of canine care.
The Purina Incredible Dog Team will also make a special appearance and show the crowd dog training at its best.
