Our philosophy of FirstPower enables our employees to execute this philosophy from a position of “doing the right thing” and taking ownership of their decisions.

Who was your mentor? I have had several mentors throughout my career who have helped to form my professional and personal perspectives. Currently, from a business standpoint, it would be a good friend of mine who works at our corporate banking office. Outside of business, my dad, who passed away in August, was a tremendous influence in my life. He taught me the importance of integrity and faith in God.
