What does your company do? We do residential Inspections for people that are buying or selling a home. We also off environmental testing such as radon and mold testing.
What is your basic business philosophy? Inspect every house as if I were buying it.
Give us a sales pitch in 25 words or less: Don't invest blindly in real estate, let us arm you with information that can help make a wise investment. Our motto: "Be Advised, Not Surprised!"
What is your proudest business achievement? My three children
What led you to Murfreesboro? I was born and raised here.
What is your work background? I worked for years at Nissan and wanted to make a change. I saw opportunity in the growth of the Rutherford county population. I have always enjoyed working construction type things and enjoy the opportunity to help people.
What do you do for fun? anything with my children
Tell us about your family: My wife Lynnie and I have been married 12 years and we have three children ages 10, 6, and 3.
Who is your mentor? My dad!
What is the most important thing going on at Premier Home Inspection right now? We are trying to enjoy the Christmas season because with the extension and expansion of the federal tax credit we know that it is going to be a busy spring. Rutherford county is a great county to live in. There are a lot of great prices on house, great interest rates, and when you throw in a federal "rebate" of $6,000-$8,000 who can resist? We are getting ready for the rush before April's deadline!
