Gafford receives national recognition

Kelly Gafford with Sims Realtors, Auctioneers has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyers' Agent Council, Inc. (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors.
Gafford joins more than 23,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying
REBAC, founded in 1988, is the world's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing the real estate buyer. There are more than 43,000 active members of the organization worldwide. The National Association of Realtors "The Voice for Real Estate," is the world's largest professional association, representing over 1 million members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry.

MTMC receives marketing specialist

Saint Thomas Health Services announce the appointment of Stacy Clark as marketing specialist for Middle Tennessee Medical Center.

"Stacy brings a unique mix of talent and experience in both the business of marketing and the art of graphic design. Our promotional and communication efforts are especially important in a time of such growth for MTMC," said Kim Reynolds, director of marketing for Saint Thomas Health Services.

Clark has been a graphic designer with Thomas Nelson Publishers since 2004, and previously was marketing coordinator with CryoSurgery, Inc. in Nashville. Clark has received two bachelor's degrees from MTSU in business administration and journalism.

Saint Thomas Health Services is a faith-based ministry with 7,500 associates serving Middle Tennessee. Saint Thomas Health Services consists of four hospitals: Baptist and Saint Thomas in Nashville; Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro, and Hickman Community Hospital in Centerville.
