Arnold said Killings was an at-will employee and on probation since his rehiring.
“Under county regulations, an employee on probation may be released at any time with one year of employment,” he said.
just like Lisa Mascheshoni. when does he fire her just because she is probationary ?

Now Lisa can talk to the sheriff without being afraid of making him mad, unlike the last sheriff.

So Arnold fires one alleged crooked officer but hires his crooked buddies? DUI & theft???? What gives?

Oops! Just realized that Arnold is now using a spokesperson, just like Truman Jones did. Thought Arnold was going to do all his own talking?

OK..so how about one of the two news organizations in Murfreesboro do a story and detail the personnel changes at the RSCO. I would LOVE to see that.
On another note, Killings deserved another chance. He made a mistake under horrifying conditions and like most people was offered another chance at his job and life. Too bad he had that taken away because of politics and immaturity.

Anyone who tampers with evidence and tries to conceal the truth deserves to be canned. I have no doubt Killings had no intention of harming anyone, but you do cannot try to hide facts in a death case, then expect to keep your job. Arnold did what he said he would do. We finally have a Sheriff who understands not even cops are above the law. Good for him.

Finally, a breath of FRESH AIR in that
STICK-HOLE that was the Rutherford County Sheriff's office. Good Riddance to bad personnel.
I pray that Sheriff Arnold can raise the Sheriff's Office to new standards of Excellance!

I hope the new sheriff will appreciate Lisa's talents more than the Post did! I miss her on the Post.
