The Tennessee State Patrol, Tennessee Department of Transportation,
Coffee County Sheriff Department, and Manchester Police Department, and
the Festival planners have worked together to prepare a Transportation
Plan that will accommodate the 30,000 vehicles expected to arrive in the Manchester Area. A temporary exit at mile marker 112 has been built by the promoters to provide an additional entrance into the site. Festival traffic will park on the site.

Festival Schedule

Festival ends Sunday night at midnight with campgrounds and parking
closing at 3 p.m. on Monday June 18

Peak Travel Periods

Peak departures will begin in the evening on Sunday taper off very early Monday morning and increase again Monday during the day.

The following estimates of congestion during different periods have been provided based on past events of this type. (Relative ratings of
congestion are from 1 to 3 with a 1 being the least congested conditions during the event and a 3 being the most severe congestion).

Monday 8 AM - Monday Noon: R3
Monday Noon - 8 PM: R1


Road Closures

Bushy Branch Road between Shed Road and Powers Road will be closed to
all traffic except Festival Attendees and residents on that section from Wednesday, June 13th at 4:00 PM until Monday June 18th at 3:00 PM.

Route 55 from Interstate Drive to Route 41 may be closed to all traffic
on Monday June 18th from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

Travel Routes Out of the Festival

Attendees will be directed to specific routes out of the festival as
well. The exits used will be 111, the temporary 112, 114, and 127. Traffic flow from the festival will be very heavy on Route 55 at Exit 111. To allow this traffic to flow smoothly, Route 55 between Interstate Drive and Hillsboro Road (Route 41) in Manchester may be closed to non-festival traffic during the peak exiting hours on Monday. Local traffic should detour around this area by using Interstate Drive, Route 53, and Route 41. Other roads that will have very heavy traffic because they are will be used by traffic leaving the Festival are:

Route 41 from Route 50 at Exit 127 to Exit 114
Asbury Road, Clifton Scott Road
