The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival has released the initial round of artists for this year’s festival that includes some new faces among some familiar acts who have graced the multi-day celebration in past years.
With the 10th anniversary of the festival, Eminem and Arcade Fire, fresh from their Grammy awards nod, claim top priority on the bill along with jam-favorites Widespread Panic.
The Black Keys along with a Buffalo Springfield lineup consisting of Richie Furay, Stephen Stills, Neil Young, Rick Rosas and Joe Vitale will hit the farm as well.
The Crescent City’s Dr. John and The Original Meters will perform Desitively Bonnaroo, while Dr. John will ignite the return of the Superjam with The Black Key’s front man Dan Auerbach.
Other notable names include Robert Plant & Band of Joy, The Strokes, My Morning Jacket, Gregg Allman, Mavis Staples and Loretta Lynn.
It will take place in Manchester, Tenn. on June 9 -12 and tickets will go on sale Saturday, Feb. 19 at 10 a.m.
