The REAL Trends 500 ranked Bob Parks Realty no. 87 out of 500 for residential transaction sides closed last year.
According to a recent research report produced by REAL Trends, the 500 largest residential real estate brokerage firms in the nation controlled more than 2.3 million residential sales transactions in 2007. The transactions represent close to 30 percent of all new and resale transactions completed by brokers during the year, yet the REAL Trends 500 represented less than three-fifths of one percent of all brokerage firms. The 500 leading brokers closed 2,315,455 home transactions with a value of over $748 billion during 2007.
Bob Parks Realty has nine sales offices, two corporate offices and about 450 agents. The firm is the official Realtor of the Tennessee Titans.
