The following “bizarre” report was on file last week with Murfreesboro Police Department.
An employee of the Waffle House on Armory Drive acted funny and asked to borrow money from his co-workers, Officer Chris Waters reported.
When one co-worker went outside to smoke, the employee apparently stole $95 from the cash register and left.
“There is a video of the incident,” Waters reported.
The suspect’s name was given to police.
