The following bizarre reports were on file this week at Murfreesboro Police Department.

David Dewayne Sanders Jr., 26, of 217 Power Ave. was charged with simple possession of crack cocaine, Detective Merrill Beene reported.

Beene approached Sanders last week on South University Street and asked if he had any drugs on him.

“Sanders said that he did and retrieved a plastic bag of crack cocaine from his buttocks,” Beene reported.

Beene booked him into Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. A hearing is set June 23 in General Sessions Court.

Sixty multi-colored Biofit bras were stolen Thursday from Victoria’s Secret on Old Fort Parkway, Officer Don Schubert reported.

A Hispanic man apparently emptied four drawers of the bras into a bag when the employees helped other customers. When he left, the manager tried to stop him but he fled.

Workers at the Victoria’s Secret store in Hickory Hollow Mall in Antioch warned the Murfreesboro store employees about the man who apparently committed a similar crime there.

Loss was estimated at $3,000.
