Bennit G. Johnston

Bennit Gene Johnston, 7 weeks, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Aug. 17, 2012. He was born Tuesday, July 3, 2012, in Murfreesboro.

He is survived by his parents, Joshua Robert Johnston and Penny Rychelle Rabon; siblings, Joshua and Addison Johnston; grandparents, Carl and Tina Spurling, all of Murfreesboro, Carla Rabon of St. Peters, Mo.; great-grandparents, Robert and Leona Carlton, of Rockvale, Odell and Betty Rabon, of Winnsboro, S.C., Melba Wheeler of St. Peters, Mo.; aunts and uncles, Tabitha Crowder, Jeff Rabon, John Carlton Jr., Sam Carlton Sr., several cousins, and many other loving family members.

He was preceded in death by grandfather, Larry Rabon.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, with a Funeral service 3 p.m. at Woodfin Funeral Chapel. Pastor Donnie Clayton will officiate. Burial will follow in Carlton Cemetery at Rockvale.
