Realtor Josiah Redding has recently joined the professional team at Benchmark, bringing a diverse background in the real estate industry.
Redding chose Benchmark because of its environment, which allows him to work very independently.
Previously with Red Realty, Redding specializes in investment homes and working with first-time buyers.
Josiah primarily serves the Interstate 24 corridor between Nashville and Murfreesboro, and is a member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors.
Originally from Charleston, WV Josiah has lived in the Nashville area more than four years, and holds a bachelors degree in business administration.
“We are blessed with absolutely amazing growth. Even in the down market we have continued to add nearly 15 agents each month, largely because we offer 100 percent commission for a fixed monthly fee. Our model allows agents to exert firm control over their expenses – something no other company offers to the extent we do.
