Bank employees should have guns and these guys could be dealt with accordlingly.

Are you kidding? Having worked at a bank, employees should NEVER do anything to provoke a bank robber and especially not have a gun. What you're suggesting would put lives in more danger than they are already in.

So your saying the guard at the door shouldn't have a gun. Oh thats right the banks don't employ guards anymore its cheaper to be robbed in todays market.

No rent-a-cop should have a gun where the general public frequents. Money is just money. Let the cops do their jobs. It's not worth an innocent person's life to keep a robber from walking away with a few thousand bucks.

HA! anybody remember the cheesy movie in the early 90's point break? somebody must be a big swayze fan. I wonder if the guy had a surf board strapped to the hood of the get away car.

If someone robbs a bank give them what they want so they will leave and no one gets hurt. NO one should get hurt over a bunch of paper that can be replaced. Don't get so huffy about trying to stop the bank robber employees at the bank are not armed guards its just an 8 hrs a day job. Don't be a dead hero.
