So this helpless child was left to the mercy of these two idiots? There should be a law that would have allowed the officers to seek medical attention for this child without the permission of the mother. How much will this baby have to suffer before "permission" to help it will not be needed?

When the baby shows marks or bruises or cuts, etc., then the police or DCS can take her without permission.

FYI...the mother drove the child to the ER herself for examination. Both child & mother received treatment & were released.

So the police AND the hospital released a baby back to a mother that was more concerned about her relationship problems than her own child?? Awesome.

First off, I am the mother of this baby! We went to the hospital. i refused transport because I have a 2 yr old that was at home too and my father came to sit with him. Had we of went with the paramedics we would have not had a way home. I am not a moron and I am not more concerned with my relationship than my child. This report is not completely accurate and I have voiced this to the woman who wrote it! My children are very well taken care of! DCS has been and checked on my children and had no concern of any reason! I did not strike the baby's head on the door trying to shut this man in my house. Yes at one point I shut and locked the door and yes I even told the police that I should not have been arguing with him while holding the baby! My daughter, son, and myself are all fine!

be careful it only takes the DCS a thought to take your children. My grandaughters son was taken because he had a large bruse under his dipper. he was only 10days old .it cost me and my son $1,000 dollar to get some help.and she could not eat or sleep. it was awful. to find out later when the same thing happen he had something Med inside that made the bruse. so she missed the first month of his life with her. So honey from a Grandmother to you take care of them babies first and worry about your love life last.
