Arzelle Lee Neely, age 93, of Triune, passed away on November 15, 2009 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. He was a native of Lascassas and was a former owner of Neely's Hatchery. He was a Deacon of the Nolensville Baptist Church.
Arzelle was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Taylor Neely; parents, John Dee and Lillian Craddock Neely; son, Charles Taylor Neely and brother, William Dee Neely. He is survived by his son, Arzelle Lee (Grace) Neely II of Triune; daughter, Judy Milom of Nashville; grandchildren, Tracy (Justin) Brewer and Leigh Ann (Andy) Ward and five great-grandchildren, Colten, Taylor, Nikki, Becky and Abby.
Chapel service for Arzelle will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at Jennings and Ayers Chapel with Lowell Thompson and Andy Ward officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Justin Brewer, Thomas Claybrooks, Arthur Taylor, Billy Taylor, Ronnie Taylor, Stafford Taylor and Wayne Taylor. Chris McClendon, Harrison Smith, Herman Taylor and Bobby Yates will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home, 820 S. Church St., Murfreesboro, TN 37130. (615) 893-2422 www.jenningsandayers.com |
