well, if you ship him back, he will be walking free in Mexico...he needs to rot in prison! the ones that go back are back here within months and do stuff all over again and don't do any time!

First, we have no facts as to whether he's an illegal or not based on this story. Let's not assume that yet.
However, since the topic was brought up, I feel that if an illegal commits a violent felony, it should automatically be a death penalty case.

Yes, he's illegal. It's the Mayor and City Council's fault. They could easily pass laws and get rid of these people. Instead they make a profit off of them and the citizens suffer for it.
