Stones River Mall
Santa’s in the house
Throughout the holidays, Santa will be receiving guests in his Holiday Studio in the Sears wing.
In a bright holiday whirl of red-and-white decorations, he’ll be happy to visit with his little fans one-on-one. Professional photographers will be ready to capture the moment as little ones sit on his lap and whisper holiday wishes. Photo packages start at $24.99.
Santa’s daily schedule for visits
Santa will be in his Holiday Studio at the following times:
• Monday-Thursday: 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
• Sunday: 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 24: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
North Pole Prize Patrol
To add even more spirit to the holiday season, Stones River Mall has formed a North Pole Prize Patrol.
It’s the Patrol’s job to wander through the shopping center, randomly surprising shoppers with giveaways and gifts.
Some surprises are big and some are small, ranging from a refreshing bottle of water to a gift card from a retailer to a bag of goodies for a child.
According to Heather Rose, marketing manager for Stones River Mall, it’s just a fun way of giving back to the shoppers – and making spirits brighter.
On Black Friday, Nov. 25, spirits are brightened early – 5 a.m. opening.
For an early, early start to holiday shopping, Stones River Mall is opening at 5 a.m.
Sleepy bargain hunters will be rewarded not only with retailer specials, but also with complimentary morning and afternoon coffee served at stations throughout the mall.
To brighten the early hour even more, there will be a DJ adding music and festivity to the scene.
Some stores, restaurants and entertainment venues may observe other hours. Please call each individual retailer for details.
On three Mondays during the holidays, Santa is inviting pet owners to bring cats and dogs to the mall for a photo.
There will even be holiday costumes for the furry little ones to wear.
Pet Nights are Monday, Nov. 28, Dec. 5 and 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. Dogs and cats only and all animals must be on a leash or in a pet carrier.
As the season gets brighter, the hours at Stones River Mall get longer.
The mall will be open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Black Friday, Nov. 25. In the weeks before Dec. 25, hours are extended for shopping convenience.
Shoppers should check stonesrivermall.com for exact opening and closing times.
Stones River Mall will be closed on Sunday, Dec. 25 observing the Christmas holiday. On Monday, Dec. 26, the shopping center opens at 7 a.m.
