She is the daughter of the late William and Cassie Pietrowski Pingle.  She was also preceded in death by her husband Edmund Maleszyk who died in 1985, and a sister Cassie H. Stalonczyk.

Funeral Mass will be Thursday 10:00 AM at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.  Father Mark Sappenfield will officiate. Burial will be Saturday 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Cemetery in Lynn, MA.

Mrs. Maleszyk is survived by her daughter Kathleen (John Stephen) Schroeder; son William Maleszyk; granddaughter Karla Schroeder; God-son Robert Maleszyk; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel in Murfreesboro, TN, with prayers at 7:00 PM.  Contributions may be made to St. Rose of Limas Tuition Fund or Northminster Presbyterian Church Choir in memory of Mrs. Maleszyk.

Mrs. Maleszyk was active in Northminster Presbyterian Choir, Great American Sing Along, Church Women United, St. Rose Ladies Guild, Polish Legion of American Veterans Ladies Auxiliary Post 56, St. Hedwig Society, Tennessee Veterans Home in Murfreesboro, TN, and VA in Chelsea, MA.
