Altie Ardene Neese, age 92, of Murfreesboro, passed away on December 14, 2009 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. She was a native and life-long resident of Rutherford County.

Altie was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Carrie Ward Compton; and sons, Larry and John Neese. She is survived by her grandchildren; Sabrina, Tayha and Cody Neese.

Graveside service for Altie will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2009 at Evergreen Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as active pallbearers.
