Clothing boutique Altar’d State, which specializes in giving back, recently hired a new brand manager, Amberly Bradford.

Bradford comes from a long retail background with past roles at Coach and Gap Inc.

However, those working with Bradford are most excited about her eagerness and enthusiasm as a team leader.

“My vision for the store is to be the most inviting store in Murfreesboro,” Bradford said. “It's well known that Murfreesboro is growing rapidly and there are a vast amount of places to shop, but I want this to be the place where you come in, are greeted by name.”

Altar’d State offers a distinctive shopping experience for women interested in the latest fashion finds, the most anticipated accessories, and that next great gift.

Altar’d State also gives back by through an in-house clothing line in which a portion of every purchase goes to feed, clothe, educate and shelter children in need.

The company also seeks vendor partners that share its philosophy of giving.

For example, TOMS shoes, FashionABLE scarves, Krochet Kids and FEED are available at most locations, and each offer something back to those in need.
