NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- AAA will hold a career fair next week in an effort to hire more than 100 people to fill roadside assistance customer advocate positions for its brand new customer interaction center.
The career fair will be held Wednesday, Feb. 5, and Thursday, Feb. 6, from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 412 Royal Parkway in Nashville.
AAA in Tennessee, which is part of the Auto Club Group, provides travel, insurance and financial services to members.
New employees will be offered a comprehensive training curriculum and ongoing professional development for career advancement.
Although these positions are not permanent, those hired will have the opportunity to apply for full-time AAA jobs at a later date.
Randstad Staffing will be overseeing the initial hiring process.
Employees will be eligible for benefits through Randstad Staffing, and if converted to AAA, they will be offered a full range of competitive AAA benefits, including medical, dental, bonus opportunities and retirement plans.
