Rutherford County 4-H Horse Program member, Shelby Finch, was awarded the 1st place WHOA National High Point Award in Equitation 11 & under.

She spent the season showing horses "Wise Impact" and "Rev's Treasure" owned by the Vic Gernt family of Cookeville.

Shelby is the daughter of Paul & Lori Finch of Murfreesboro. She is a 5th grader at St. Rose School in Murfreesboro.
