Members of the 3-24 Club will hold their annual meeting at Demos Restaurant in Murfreesboro at 11:30 Thursday morning, March 24.
The Club consists of more than 20 people who have the same birthday of March 24.
The members have come together over the past 50 years through working relationships or personal friendships and finding out they have the same birthday.
The members meet each year for a meal and share experiences, past birthday remembrances, and reflect on each person’s work and family. They represent a wide range of ages and backgrounds.
Those invited to attend this year include: a retired MTSU academic vice president, the head of a Tennessee government public policy forum, pharmacy owner, retired BellSouth/AT& T official, former state representative, the owner and also an employee of Demos Restaurant, an Iraqi War veteran now stationed in Germany, retired Red Cross official, a Nashville lobbyist, Executive Director of Greenhouse Ministries, two bank executives, one retired; MTSU faculty member, DNJ Lifestyles Editor, Walter Hill School faculty member, an electric co-operative (Smith county) staff member, retired secretary, and a retired NFL football player living in Atlanta.
