The Nature Circle pre-school program started off with record attendance in spite of the weather.  Liana Dranes host the programs which are held each Monday at the Long Hunter State Park AV Room at 10 a.m. unless Wilson County Schools are closed.

Each week a different Nature topic is covered with a story time, activity and craft and is not only fun but educational as well.  During the months ahead, children and care-givers will be learn about "Wonderful Woodpeckers", "Beautiful Bats", "Remarkable Rabbits" and other wonders of nature.

The programs are sponsored by ESC Lab Sciences of Mt. Juliet and the Friends of Long Hunter State Park and  are free.  When a child attends ten programs they make a trip to the prize basket and receive an award from Ms. Liana.
