Why in the world would she put two two-year-olds in a bathtub and then leave to "run errands?" It wouldn't have taken her 20 minutes to bathe them.

Sign of the sad times when no one pays for the consequences of their actions, except the babies...and before self=righteous Christian Right gets on me, you folks don't give a damn about real-live born infants in such situations...

This is the step grandfather this report is completely false .these people need to get there facts straight before they print a article. my daughter is a great mother to those kids if u want the true story talk to the ones that were there. This story is getting blown out of perportion. The Drs.took the story or who ever made the report got it wrong..the bbs were in the tub for 30 min total..the man stepped across the hall to the computer room..the little girl screamed and the man was right their and saved the babies life!!and the mother WAS NOT running errands for goodness sakes..she was at SCHOOL getting registerd..i hope you people are happy you got an exciting story for your stupid paper!!!their were no arrests. detective took pics inside the home..their was nothing found to be harmful...the investigation is over..and the bruises that they found on the baby boy were on his legs due to running and playing with his twin sister..as most 2 1/2 yr old bbs do...

I took my son in to check a blister on his finger when he was 2 - their first question to me was who burned him on the stove!!! MERCY! I was shocked at the implication. It turned out to be impetigo. Good grief!

The Middle Tennessee Medical Center is very careless. I know for a fact. The doctors and nurses will look at people really strangely when a child has bruises. They love to call the police too. The nurses in the emergency room are most of the time too busy flirting with the police and don't have time to do anything. I would rather go to a different hospital in my opinion.

When my little ones were little, of course I had to take them every so often to the hospital, the wait time was sometimes 4 hours. The wait times at Gallatin are around 15 mins. It would be faster to drive all the way there and they would be seen 2 to 3 hours sooner.
